My daughter and I just made pancakes with ours. (see pics) And honestly, I loved using this spatula. It was so easy to slip under the pancake, and size was perfect for flipping the pancakes keeping the flat. It was not too flimsy and was super easy to control for a nice flip. As you can see my old spatulas have scratched up my pancake griddle, it is so nice that this one is safe for my pans, maybe I can get new ones now.
