This item is listed as
brand new because that is the exact same way I received it. Any flaws of any
kind that you might see were there when I got the item originally.
In this case, the top right corner of the front cover is is bent and you can see creases above the letter N all the way down to a spot below the letter D.
Pages inside are in nice shape. Back cover has scuffs along the right side!
I only opened this item to take photos for you, so it has had very minimal handling by me.
I ship fast from a sanitary and safe home. At checkout you can choose between USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, but it has to be selected and chosen in your cart. Your item will arrive fast in a protective padded mailer as shown.
