You are considering an ORIGINAL SIGNED PAINTING ON CANVAS in ACRYLIC (the card on the back says OIL but my guess is that it is an acrylic paint although I could be wrong). The painting is SIGNED but I can't read the signature and my research has been unsuccessful at determining who the artist might be. This is a MEDITERRANEAN SEASIDE SCENE and it could be SPAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, or GREECE. I have been to all of these countries on their respective Mediterranean coastlines and have seen houses, flowers, and boats just like this in every one of those countries. The key to where would probably be artist identification. The painting is in a BEAUTIFUL WOOD FRAME with GOLD ACCENTS  and it ONLY NEEDS A HANGER ON THE REAR. The FRAMED ART MEASURES 16 inches by 14 inches and the ART ITSELF MEASURES 9 inches by 7 inches. It's a smaller painting BUT NOT TOO SMALL and it looks BEAUTIFUL on a wall. This PAINTING IS IN VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION with NO FAULTS! Style is NEAR IMPRESSIONISM.
