Shipping

All orders are despatched within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday. We also aim to pick and despatch all orders received by 2pm on the same day

UK

Free postage is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class, or by 1-3 day courier for heavier items. First-class mail is charged at £1.50 extra for the first item, plus 0.60 for each subsequent item. First-class orders are given priority at all times, and heavier items are sent on a 1-2 day courier service. Many of these courier services actually deliver within 24 hours.

Highlands & Islands

Heavier courier items to the Highlands and offshore islands are charged at £4.50 postage rate, and this should be clear at the time of ordering. We reserve the right at all times to alter the shipping method to that which we consider most expedient. If you have particular reasons for wanting a certain courier/mail company to deliver, please do contact us and we are always happy to oblige.

Europe

Orders are charged from £3.95 for the first item, and from £1.95 for each subsequent item. For larger orders, please email us for a special postage quotation. We can usually send up to 10kg for around £25.

Rest of the World

Orders are usually charged from £4.95 for the first item, and from £1.95 for each subsequent item. However, individual prices may vary, according to the weight of the item.

For all overseas postage, we reserve the right to charge additional postage should the total order be overweight. We will advise of any extra cost as fast as possible by email, and customers will be able to cancel or continue with the order as they wish.

If you have any problems with the postage rates during checkout, please don't pay the invoice and contact us. We can combine the order with the correct postage rates here.
