Xirrus XR-1220 Wireless Array

Xirrus XR-1220 Wireless Array consisting of 2 slot chassis with integrated controller, 2 300Mbps 802.11n modular APs, and ArrayOS operating system The XR-1220 utilises the same multi-state radios available in 300Mbps or 450Mbps versions with the same network services capabilities available to all Xirrus Wireless Arrays through the Xirrus Management System.

The design allows for hardware based encryption, compression, acceleration, as well as reliable quality of service with uptimes and availability optimized for 802.11n performance and scalability.

The Xirrus XR-1220 radio upgradable wireless platform allows a network to upgrade technologies without full replacement of the Array. Radios can be purchased in either 300Mbps or 450Mbps versions, and every radio is capable of operating at 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The modular platform ensures support for new wireless technologies and is the first 802.11ac/11ad-ready product available.
