The Avaya IP Office 500 is a highly modular unified communications platform designed to meet the requirements of small and medium enterprises. The Avaya IP500 V2 is the latest control unit for the Avaya IP Office system.

• 4 Base Card Slots – Supports the following base cards: Digital Station 8, Analog Phone 2, Analog Phone 8, Combination ATM, Combination ATM V2, ETR 6, TCM 8, VCM 32, VCM 32 V2, VCM 64, VCM 64 V2, Unified Communications Module, 4-Port Expansion
• Trunk Cards – Supports the following trunk interface cards when installed on IP500 Base Cards: IP500 ATM 4, IP500 ATM 4 V2, IP 500 PRI 1, IP 500 PRI 2
• 8 Integrated Expansion Ports – Supports the following external expansion modules: Digital Station 16/30; Phone 8/16/30; Analog Trunk 16
• 2 SD Card Slots - Supports system SD card (required) and optional SD card
• Voicemail Channels - Maximum 40 usable for Voicemail Pro/TAPI WAV connection sessions
• 2 LAN Ports - Full duplex 10/100 Mbps; managed layer 3 Ethernet switch
• Additional Ports - Music on-hold, DTE port, external relay switch for door entry controls, integral WAN port

 

COMPATIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

• Requires Avaya IP500 V2 System SD Card (sold separately, see options above)
• Supports Avaya IP Office Release 6.0 or higher
• Avaya IP Office Basic Edition (Included with Release 9.0 or higher)
• Avaya IP Office Essential Edition (Requires Optional Software Upgrade)
• Avaya IP Office Preferred Edition (Requires Optional Software Upgrade)
