This pin is part of the Ambassador pin set released at WDW. 1 person from each of the parks, DL, WDW, TDL, and DLP were on hand on release day to sign the pins. This one is for the Disneyland Resort. 

It features a multi-colored shield with the word "Ambassador" at the bottom. It comes on a yellow card that says "Disney Ambassadors". 

This pin has Mickey's head on the left and fireworks going off on the right.
