This is a GIANT "Ultraman Dyna" figure by Bandai from 1998, based on the "Ultraman Taro" series, I believe from the Kyomoto Collection. See pictures for details and a measurement.

CONDITION: The figure has a considerable amount of marks and signs of use/wear. Based on the holes on the feet, it appears to be missing a stand. See pictures for condition details.
