Lovely Art Glass shade,   Not signed,  could be newish.  

The wall Bracket has a few small dents (beauty marks) but adds to character.  (see photo)

The socket and wiring have been updated.

The shade is a beautiful blue aurene .  When lit, it has a pretty, fairly transparent magenta color.

There is a 1/8 inch spot on shade .  (see photo)    May want to turn towards back.
