This is a "Kamen Rider Zolda" chess piece. It is intended to be a Bishop. See pictures for details and a height measurement.

CONDITION: The figure looks dirty/dusty but some of this could be intentional. The figure also seems a little loose on the base, and some other signs of use may be present. Good otherwise. See pictures for condition details.
