The batteries come pre-attached with a 2-pin JST-PH connector, as shown; please check your current cable orientation, as there is no Industry Standard for Cable setup. Wrong orientation can damage the cell and your item.

The 603450 Lithium-Ion Polymer Li-Po Battery – 3.7V 1100mAh battery delivers a nominal output of 3.7 V and a capacity of approximately 4.07Wh, making it an excellent power source for portable electronics and embedded projects.
Li-Po batteries are thin, lightweight, and energy-dense, offering fast charge times and reliable charge retention.
Model Series Information
Model: 603450
Dimensions: 5.8mm (thickness) ×34.1mm (width) × 51mm (length)
Dimensional tolerance: ±5%
If you need a larger (or smaller!) battery, we have an extensive range of Lithium-ion polymer batteries.
When fully charged, the battery reaches 4.2 V and operates down to a nominal 3.7 V during discharge. An integrated protection circuit safeguards the cell against over-charging, over-discharging, and output short circuits. The battery will automatically disconnect when the voltage drops to approximately 2.75 V to prevent cell damage.
Charging must be performed using a dedicated Li-Po constant-current constant-voltage CC/CV charger. Tempero Systems recommends a charge rate of 0.5C or lower, As with most Li-Po batteries, this model does not include a built-in temperature sensor (thermistor).
The battery is supplied with a factory-fitted 2-pin JST-PH connector featuring 2.0 mm pin spacing and includes all required protection circuitry.
Important NoteThis battery is not suitable for high-current applications, such as RC cars, aircraft, drones, or other devices that require high discharge rates. Such applications require high-rate Li-Po batteries with continuous discharge ratings of 5C and above.

Lithium-ion cells are high-energy power sources and must be handled with extreme care. Improper use, charging, or storage may cause the battery to overheat, ignite, or explode, resulting in serious injury, fire, or property damage.
Batteries damaged due to misuse, abuse, or the use of non-compliant chargers or equipment cannot be replaced.
Overcharging:Always use a suitable Li-ion/Li-Po charger and ensure the charge voltage does not exceed the battery’s specified full-charge voltage.
Over-discharging:Ensure the connected equipment does not draw current beyond the stated maximum continuous discharge current. Do not operate the battery below its specified cut-off voltage.
Deep Discharge Storage:Do not leave the battery fully discharged for extended periods, as this may cause irreversible damage and permanent capacity loss.
Fire and Heat Exposure:Do not place the battery in fire, expose it to excessive heat, or leave it in direct sunlight.
Incorrect Installation:Never install the battery with reversed polarity. Always verify positive (+) and negative (−) connections before use.
Short Circuit:Do not connect the battery’s positive and negative terminals with metal objects or allow them to come into contact.
Moisture Exposure:Do not expose the battery to water, saltwater, or excessive moisture. Do not allow the battery to get wet.
Disassembly or Modification:Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, or modify the battery. The battery contains internal safety and protection components that may be damaged if altered.
Use the correct charger only:Never use NiMH, NiCd, or lead-acid chargers. Always charge this battery using a dedicated Lithium-ion/Li-Po charger.
Do not leave unattended:Never charge or operate the battery without supervision.
Inspect before and during use:Regularly inspect the battery, wiring, and surrounding circuitry for damage, loose connections, or potential short circuits.
For experienced users only:Lithium-ion polymer batteries are high-energy power sources and should only be used by individuals experienced and confident in working with power supplies.
There is no industry-wide standard for battery cable orientation. Before connecting, verify that the polarity and cable orientation match your device. An incorrect connection may permanently damage the battery and the connected equipment.
