PAYMENT TERMS

Payment can be made via Paypal, Bank transfer, credit/ debit card or cash on collection.

CARRIAGE

All items will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Parcels will be sent on a 24hr service, pallets on a 48hr service. For urgent orders please call to make payment with a card over the phone and let us know you require urgent dispatch. 

TRADING TERMS

1. All goods / parts sold are in used condition, and sold as seen unless stated otherwise'

2. All items are covered by ebays 14 day returns policy. If returned due to a fault or mis-description on our part carriage both ways and the part cost will be refunded once we have received the goods back, provided they are in the same condition that they were sent out. No repair attempts / adaptions should be attempted without our permission prior to return. Evidence of any tampering will invalidate any warranty claim. No other costs, labour charges etc will be refunded.

All of our items are covertly security marked

If items are returned with no fault carriage costs (both ways) will be met by the purchaser
