Yes sometimes things do go wrong but this can be down to many things, incorrect model, more than one fault on the bike Changes to the bike from non standard + others. This needs not be a problem please talk to us and we will try to work things out to a satisfactory conclusion on both sides. We are open Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and will answer any questions as soon as we can. We have a 2 day dispatch time so once your order is placed we will dispatch within 48hrs the day after you have placed your  if not sooner all parts are sent second class Royal Mail.
