Our preferred method is PayPal.
You will receive our bank account details at the checkout please use your eBay ID as a reference.
Credit Card payments can't be processed online. However Credit Cards can be used over the phone or in store at pickup.
Shipping
We nearly always use Australia Post.
We will send to PO Boxes (less than 22kg) and don't require phone numbers.
Small and thin parcels are sent standard postage 1-6 working Days in padded envelopes.
Thicker parcels over 500g up to 22kg we use a courier which has online tracking and delivery notifications for both sender and recipient 1-6 working days.
We offer Express postage on most items 1-3 days for an additional fee please see listings for details.
Parcels over 22kg will need to be sent with couriers. We will need street address and contact phone number.
Delivery times to country areas of WA, NT and QLD may take longer.
Postage is not available to all parts of Australia please ask for a quote, if postage is outside our normal delivery zone you will be provided with a full refund and or given an alternative option at buyers discretion.
Returns
Most of our products are sold with an optional 30 day returns policy with return postage costs at your expense.
Returns using our optional return policy will incur a 10% handling charge with our outgoing postage costs at your expense. The item must be approved for return and must be unused and as it was sent condition.
Warranty returns do not incur restocking fees.
