Delivery may be arranged to your address, property or depot and in some cases a PO Box (excluding large / bulky items). Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Oxquip Store to be authorised to receive and take possession of the goods.

We are an Australian owned and operated business which is registered for GST. All prices are inclusive of GST and we are able to provide a tax invoice upon request. We accept PayPal, direct Bank Transfer and Credit Card payments. Please call our office to process Credit Card payments.

Our quality control team endeavors to ensure that the products you receive meet or exceed our quality standards. We will act promptly and work with you if products supplied are damaged, faulty or are not the products you ordered. Please contact our office as soon as possible via our website or eBay Store. Photos and / or video of the product may be requested to assist in the return process.

If you have ordered the wrong product or change your mind, Oxquip Store will happily allow you to return your product and offer a refund upon the following conditions:- 1. The product is returned in its original and unused condition and is suitable for resale by Oxquip Store. The purchaser is liable for, and will pay, all postage and freight charges for the return of the goods back to Oxquip Store's authorised address or Oxquip Store's appointed suppliers address 3. A 25% restocking and handling fee shall be applied and removed from the approved refund amount 4. Items which have been purchased on sale with a discount greater than 40% of the recommended retail price cannot be returned to Oxquip Store.
