You can always get the activation code for your trackables online directly from the manufacturer. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under “Lost Activation Code”. You can find an overview of this in our webshop.Shipment
We usually ship your packages within 24 hours. The goods are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days.The invoice
