Activation code for trackables

You always get the activation code for your trackables directly from the manufacturer on the Internet. Enter the tracking code there, you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly at groundspeak under "Lost Activation Code". In our web shop you will find an overview.

Shipment

As a rule, we send your packages within 24 hours. The goods will be sent with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. The delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days.
