This is a very versatile and adorable Zara black smocked top with short peplum. The smocking is stretchy!  It has adjustable and removable spaghetti straps.

The size says L but the peplum is short so might be better for M or S. The smocked body is stretchy and is 7 1/2 inches long. The peplum is 6 inches long.  It can be worn with a bra, no bra, another top with sleeves underneath or dress. CAn also wear with a sweater or shawl. It would also look great with pants.  It can be dressy or casual and combined in many ways with your other clothes, accessories and shoes.
