Terms and Conditions:

1. The product you purchased is a new aftermarket component.  Our return policy for this product is 30 days and we provide no warranty for its installation or use in your power tool.

2. **All returns must be in original shipped condition and packaging.  All returns will be inspected for damage or use.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, you may be charged shipping plus a restocking fee up to 25% (will be deducted from refunds).  Refunds will not be provided for returned components that are damaged, used or without original packaging**.  Original condition is noted in item number 1 and provided photo(s). 

3.  Multiple packs must have full component count returned or no refund will be provided.  Original condition is noted in item number 1 and provided photo(s).  Returning non-defective components as defective will be reported.

4.  We make every reasonable effort to securely package for shipping.  All component parts that are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.  If there is a problem with the condition of the product or packaging please see your local post office for reimbursement.  We are not responsible for rough handling by USPS or other carriers.  Returns for rough handling are not accepted.

5.  If you choose USPS Ground Advantage shipping, expect longer shipping times and there is no insurance for this type of service.

6.  We are not responsible for orders that are incorrectly addressed, late, lost or stolen orders.  We only use eBay shippers USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS purchased through eBay, the provided address and tracking number is automatically uploaded to your order.
