Horse Pony Velcro Pad Fleece With Velcro Lining.

Length 22 inch length x 5.5 inches at widest point and 4 inches at end. There are 4 Velcro straps on each piece with Velcro center and white fleece. Black side is soft and padded, not sure of material.
