Lovely Wm A Rogers Silver Plate Pedestal Dish Serving Bowl Oneida VTG. This pedestal bowl has a beautiful rose scroll pattern along the rim of the bowl. It is freshly polished and in good used condition. It has a tiny spot and a ring mark on the bottom of the inside of the bowl. Upon acquisition, the bowl had a scorch mark on the outer bowl that I managed to almost completely remove with silver polish. One more polishing should remove the remainder of the tiny dots. At this point it is so shiny, the tiny spots are only visible from very close up. The bottom of the pedestal base has some dark markings, probably associated with the outer scorch mark. I didn’t try as hard to remove that as it is not visible unless you turn the bowl upside down (my elbows got too sore, sorry). See photos for condition.
