• Please make the payment in 2 - 3 days after purchase, or let us know an exact date that payment will be issued. If we do not receive any payment during 3 days, we will cancel your order!

• Please check with your countries VAT or Duty, before order! It is not included in this price.

• Please notice that some countries will have custom duty or tax for certain items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax. We are not responsible for any custom duty or tax since our price do not include this charge.

SHIPPING

• All items are checked before packing. All items are new and of high quality.

• Item will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• We ship WORLDWIDE from Ukraine by International Economy Post. Usually it takes about 7-15 days to European countries, 8-18 days to USA, Canada, etc.

• We can also make shipment by Post Courriers: delivery time 3-5 days or 7-10 days worldwide. 

• We do always put invoice in parcel. If you do not need invoice to be added to your order, please let us know just after the payment is made!

• All parcels are with TRACKING NUMBER, so you will be able to track your parcel all the time during delivery.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

• Please examine the package attentively during receipt. There should not be any damages on packing.
  
  
• If you received a damaged parcel, you should contact your Post Administration and fill in the inspection report!!!
  

• 30-day Warranty with Exchange for defective, incorrect or parts-missing items. Please notify us and after our answer just return the item with all parts and accessories packed and marked "FOR EXCHANGE" within 30 days of receipt.

• All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers.

• If your package is lost, please e-mail us, so we can help you with searching.

• Contact us if you have not received the parcel during 30 days after shipping date!
