Description
This is a complete strut for the air suspension of the Audi A6 C5 4B allroad.
With Audi you only receive the individual components which you have to assemble yourself (4Z7616051A, 4Z7513031A).
.
Each air suspension strut is examined according to the test report that you receive.
That's the big difference to the simple replicas!
Only a 100% tested product and professional installation ensures that your vehicle offers the same driving comfort as with an original spare part.
.
Every shock absorber goes through a quality check.
Apart from the appearance and the tightness of the air bellows, the function is checked to see whether the efficiency of the shock absorber meets the requirements.
For this purpose, each shock absorber is mounted on a test stand and evaluated.
We would be happy to make you an offer for diagnosis and installation (repair) in our own vehicle workshop.
Please contact us by clicking on the button: “Question about the product”.
Can be installed in the following vehicles:
Audi A6 Allroad Quattro C5 Type 4B (1999-2005)
Original spare part numbers:
4Z7 616 051 A; 4Z7616051A; air bellows
4Z7513031A, 4Z7616019A; Shock absorber
.
- Pre-assembled - minimal repair effort -
Scope of delivery:
1 piece air spring damper (air spring + shock absorber + repair kit) for the rear left
Danger:
-Never set down the vehicle with unfilled air springs!
-Fill the air spring with approx. 5 bar.
-Check the air suspension system for leaks.
-Leave the vehicle completely from the lift.
-After the repair, make sure that the system is absolutely tight.
The easiest way to determine this is to park the vehicle.
Wait for the system to automatically readjust if your vehicle has this function.
All heights that air supports must be precisely measured and noted from the ground to the bottom edge of the fender.
The next day check and compare these heights.
Even a small deviation in the distances leads to long-term damage to the compressor and the valves.
