      This alternator is a brand-new   alternator.

           On the idle it should give you 85-100 amp.

SOME MODELS NEEDS TO DO SMALL MODIFICATION

              This alternator is originally 3G we upgraded to one wire

                       HIGH QUALITY. 1-wire hook up.

Has internatior voltage regulator

This alternator fits for Ford Mustang from 1965- 1993

This alternator comes with single pulley or serpentine Pulley. Please tell us which one you need!

If customer won't tell us which pulley he needs , we will ship the item with single pulley Pulley.

The mounting holes on the 3G are in the exact same location as the 2g 75 amp model. However, on some models, the top mouting hole is not threaded. It is necessary to use a nut, bolt and two washers at the top mounting location. There can also be a slight clearance problem requiring modification of the alternator bracket, it may be necessary to trim a triangular section of the bracket in order to make room for the larger 3G alternator.The modification is minor, easy to accomplish, and does not adversely affect the strength of the bracket. I have heard reports from several people that have done this install who state that clearancing was not required due to variations in bracket designs.

Bolt and Nut isn't included

This alternator is 1 wire self exciting and will allow you to scrap the old external voltage regulator and wires . Just install and run a 4 guage wire from alternator output post to positive battery post

please run 4 gauge wire from battery positive to behind alternator post and leave original wires too and make sure you have good strong new battery
