We've come up with a VERY easy and inexpensive fix for this factory defect!!! We design a 'clip' that replaces one of the factory screws, and captures the band on the post of the sun visor and permanently fixes your problem.
This clip is pretty much hidden by the visor in the stored position and is not unsightly either.....actually looks sort of like what the factory should have done in the first place!!

Easy to install.
Made out of black delrin which is much stronger than your normal garden variety plastics.
You get both clips for both visors and two black screws for this install.
The only tools you need is a T20 torx bit (factory screw removal) and a #2 Phillips head screw driver (clip installation).

How to install:
1.Flip your sun visor forward.
2.remove the factory 'outboard' screw next to the visor post.
3.install this clip, rotate it in to capture the band on the visor post and tighten.
