Cup stands 2 7/8" high and is 2 7/8" in diameter at the top (mouth opening only) not including the handle.  Saucer is 5 3/8" in diameter and stand 3/4" high so it's a deeper saucer than some.  Plate is 6.5" in diameter and that includes a nice 3/8" flat rim for holding.
