finishing cap and 2 screws, this will extend 1 x concrete post both sides complete

No need to drill the concrete post in any way.

1. Take out your existing fence panel.

2. Slide in your new fence panel.

3. Slide the Easy-posts over both sides of your existing concrete post.  

4. Extend the Easy-post up to the top of the fence panel.

5. Clip on the finishing cap drill 2 holes & insert 2 screws
