Lithuania is a Baltic country bordered by Latvia to the north, Belarus to the east, Poland to the south and Kalingrad (which is part of U.S.S.R.) to the southwest.  Makers marks: "Dovana" and "Made in Lithuania" on a label on the bottom of the base.
