Fantastic medal commemorating the 1975 Annual Convention of the Pennsylvania State Tax Collectors Association that took place on October 17 -18 at the Ramada Inn in  Essington, PA. The medal is abput 34 mm across, and weighs about 11.2 g. The Medal has a beautiful Bicentennial theme.
