This is a official Collegeville Series Mask
& costume set. This was the industry standard
in the 1970s and 1980s for Halloween. 

Its got the plastic mask with string
attached and the vinyl suit . This was made for
small children and was inexpensive so they
did not last long. This is in great condition with little
wear and age and NO major damage anywhere on it.
The mask string has disintegrated as it was a rubber band.

The box has minor wear and age and the plastic
is intact and sides of box have wear.
Its the Scratch n Sniff version .

This was a very limited issue and noone has seen it 
online or far sale since it was released. The license for
the Hersey Company was not signed and company officials
ordered them to test the market and see it children would

want to dress as their favorite candy treats. 

This was a Hersey experiment with Collegeville Inc
and they were giving to focus groups for free
around Halloween time. This was obtained from a 
Retired Hersey Marketing person who was responsible 
for the resurgence of Reeses items in 1980s
