I use a sleeve, toploader, easy to pull out tab, easy to peel off folded tape.

Raw cards come attached to cardboard for support, all nestled in a resealable sleeve to protect from water damage. Graded cards come covered with bubble wrap, as well as the resealable sleeve. All cards mailed in a bubble envelope.
