My policy is to get each order out within two business days of payment. Whenever possible I may mail the next day, but due to the rural nature of my residence I allow myself the full two days if necessary. I will be in touch via email through eBay throughout the whole sale.

Shipped via USPS, it is insured. Upon arrival if is shipping damage, please make a claim with USPS. I can not refund damaged items that are insured. I do everything I can to pack it properly, I cannot control the package once it leaves my hands.
