This Piece comes in a Gilded Frame Under Glass. The Work is Dated Circa 2005 & Titled "House off Vernon Blvd". Its a Limited Edition No. 40 / 60. Its a depiction of a Beautiful Landscape setting with an Old House & Industrial Architecture side by side with nice Details from the Time Period. His works have been exhibited in Museums & Galleries throughout the US & are held in Corporate & Private Collections. This comes from a Private Estate which makes it Very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty.
