Charming Tails mice figurines, #89/117, Happy Birthday Surprise.  My mom had a great collection of "mice" from Wee Forest Folk and from Charming Tails.  This one was never displayed and was always in the the packaging.......It will arrive as such.......The quarter is in the photos for scale.
