We will honor returns if item is not as described – refund will be minus restocking fees, original postage (If shipped free by seller) and cleaning and repair fees when applicable; buyer may request an exchange of the item if similar is in stock. If item is in your possession more than 7 days from date received, we will not issue refund or replacement.

Items listed as "USED" can be returned or replaced if not as described.

Original UPC Label and / or Serial Number(s) much match item delivered for return to be accepted for refund or exchange. We will not accept exchanges and issue refund or replacement for item(s) that are not in original condition.
