This is a classic "Toi et Moi" style two stone crossover ring.

The two centre stones are 6mm pale blue aquamarines, firmly held in place in eight-claw platinum settings. 

Around the centre stones four diamond accents are set down the head of the ring.

All the stones are set in platinum, and the shank of the band is 18ct yellow gold.

The ring is a UK size L but this can be adjusted if necessary at no extra charge.
