#3502 1901 William McKinley Assassination Medal, Pewter, Extremely Fine.  Obverse: high-relief bust of McKinley facing left.  Reverse: multi-line legends referring to McKinley's assassination and death dates.  Holed at the top for suspension (as made).  38.5 mm.  Apparently rare, as I could not find any other medals like this one on Ebay.
