You can check the tracking number on your purchase history page. Invoice: I hope buyers' first contact with the total request when your purchase ends if buyers would like to pay soon.
Combine: Please check out my other items. We are happy if you purchase more than one item. You can save the shipping fee because We will combine them. We can't sometimes combine items due to the limitation of the whole length or weight.
Loss: We are sorry that won't be refunded for loss without insurance.
Broken or Damage: We sell many fragile and used items. We still need to learn to pack much more. Please let us know when items are broken before you leave feedback. When you choose EMS or Surface Mail, First of all, please follow the procedure for compensation at your post office.
Terms of Sale
Return: Because most of our listing items are antique or old and fragile, adhesives and other parts sometimes deteriorate. We do NOT accept all returns. Please understand. If you are so dissatisfied with the item you received that you would like to return it, please send us pictures of the item. After negotiating we will refund all or part.
Feedback: We describe to buyers when we ship the item within 5 days with positive feedback.
