The Many Uses and Directions on how to use BIO MIST:
Prevent ongoing skin dermatitis and acne scarring - Spray on clean dry skin morning and night before applying makeup or sunscreen.
COLDS AND FLU - Spray two to three times towards the nose and open mouth, inhale and hold in the mouth for a minute then swallow. Repeat every hour or two, preferably on an empty stomach.
SORE THROAT AND STREP - Spray inside mouth to the back of the throat 6 to 10 times every hour or two.
TOPICALLY (cuts, scrapes, burns, infections, rashes, ) - Spray directly on area five to 10 times; repeat three times per day.
ACNE & COLD SORES - Spray directly on the area three times a day, on clean dry skin before applying make-up or sunscreen.
ATOPIC DERMATITIS (eczema) - Spray directly onto the area three to 5 times a day for relief from itching and redness. Continue use until improvement is significant and maintain with once a day use or as required.
