TASTING NOTES
Colour
Nose: Tangy, fresh and subtly spicy: Candied peel, orange blossom and honeysuckle combine with boiled sweets and green apples to give a complex, well-rounded nose.
Palate: Like the nose, juicy orange segments and tangy peel are balanced with salted almonds, pear drops, clove and nutmeg.
Finish: Tangy and fresh, ending on tangerines, cinnamon & brown sugar.
