What is your return policy?

All sales are final on ticket orders. I cannot accept returns on any ticket order. If an event is rescheduled/postponed, the tickets will be valid on the new date of the event. The ONLY exception to this policy is if an event is cancelled without a reschedule date. If this happens, please contact us and I will take care of it.
