Antique German Or Austrian Porcelain Luster Finish Cake Plate is used and is in excellent condition with no chips, nics, or cracks.  Had an appraiser look  at it and she estimate  the cake plate around the 1880 to 1890 and either  produced in Germany or Australia.  A very beautiful plate to have in your serving collection
