Correct items shipped to you and that for whatever reason you decide not to keep DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE RETURNS.
You may still return such items to us provided that they are in the same condition as you received them.
You may use a carrier of your choice or we may assist you arranging for the return shipping via FedEx at reduced rates (either way you wil be responsible for the return shipping cost).
In addition to the return shipping cost, we will also deduct a 20% restocking fee from your payment refund. The restocking fee is to cover our handling cost.
