Suitable for Isabella fibre or carbon X framed awnings with an "A measurement" of 1000cms upwards ie for awning sizes: G19 to G22

The "A measurement" is the length from the ground through the rail of the caravan to the ground on the other side (about 30 cm to the side).

Only available in grey

The plastic cross measures approximately 160mm across at the widest point

The internal diameter of the holes where the poles fit into measures about 26mm

Once fitted the poles are angled at 81 degrees from each other

Quick Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

UK Delivery

Small parcels (up to 2kg): Sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked – covers all of the UK.

Larger or valuable items: Delivered using Parcelforce 1–2 day courier service.

You’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates by text or email, and you can:

Choose a new delivery date

Nominate a neighbour

Select a safe place for delivery

Collect from a local pickup shop

Need to change the delivery address?

Let us know ASAP via eBay message. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch — but once it’s collected, changes aren’t possible.

Receiving Your Parcel

All parcels are tracked. Most arrive on time, but occasionally there may be delays with Royal Mail.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

Check your local sorting office – sometimes items are held without a card.

Message us on eBay after 7–10 days. If the parcel is lost, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return the item in original condition within 28 days.

You’ll get a full refund for the item, but you’ll need to cover return postage.
