The Tanks are brand new. I took them out of the package for the pictures. The turret rotates. All of the eight wheels rotate. I was going to paint the wheels black but figured you would want to do that instead of me. I will combine shipping with other auctions, just be sure to request an invoice prior to paying for the items. Please review the images before committing to the purchase.
