Vtg Dark Amber Inverted Thumbprint Circle Dots Decanter Pinecone Stopper 12”.

A hard to find piece of collectible vintage bar ware. A dark amber color. Measure 12” tall and 6” wide. The runner ring around the neck has rip in it but is still on the neck. No cracks or chips. Stopper is in good condition also. Not sure if the maker…did research and could not find this particular style/design.
