This is a Japanese "Ultraman Chuck" figure based on the film "Ultraman: The Adventure Begins" (which is known as "Ultraman USA" in Japan), by Bandai. See pictures for details and for a height measurement on this rare figure!

CONDITION: Very heavy wear on this figure; a lot of the color has worn off. A few other signs of use as well, such as a few small marks. Acceptable overall. See pictures for condition details.
