Stainless bends are manufactured from high quality 304 grade stainless steel which are mandrel bent allowing for unrestricted smooth flow. These pipes are mainly used for performance exhaust systems and can also be used in intercooler systems as an alloy alternative. The bends can be welded by using MIG or for detailed work use TIG which can be polished for a seamless look.

Ideal for competition use, bespoke applications, kit cars or any custom exhaust application.

For optimal performance only use mandrel exhaust bends increasing flow rate of more than 35% compared to stock or serrated bent pipe.

You will notice the wall is thick enough as not to distort when welding and can be used for building turbo manifolds, this process can not be achieved by any Mandrel bending machine but only one that has the Booster function which is only available on very expensive machines.

The bends can be used for any other engineering use, hand rails, architecture etc. due to the high-quality polished finish.
