Deliveries to the USA & Puerto Rico

Effective September 1, new U.S. Customs regulations apply to all shipments to the USA and Puerto Rico:

• The US $800 duty-free allowance has been removed.
• All import duties, tariffs and fees must be prepaid before any parcel leaves Australia.

Yes, we combine postage to help you save:

• $9.66 flat rate for any quantity of “Plus Postage” items (e.g., hose fittings, hose, electrical connectors).
• Free postage for any mix of “Free Postage” and “Plus Postage” items.
• Free Express Post on most orders made up entirely of “Free Postage” items.

To Combine Orders:

1. Select “Postage” on one item and pay.
2. Choose “Local Pick Up” for the remaining items and pay.
3. We’ll combine the orders when we receive them.

General Shipping Information

• All parcels are sent via AusPost eParcel and include tracking.
• Signature on delivery is required (contact us if you prefer non-receipted delivery).
• Estimated delivery dates and costs appear under the “Postage” tab on the listing.
• We can only ship to the address on the order so please ensure that the address you have in eBay is accurate.

• Pick up is available from Riverview 4303, 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but you will need to buy this item thru eBay first
• When you check out in eBay you can select Local Pickup as the shipping option
• Most stock is on the shelf and can be collected same day but please allow 2-4 hours for your order to be processed and picked
• Sometimes an item needs be transfered from another warehouse, in whci case pick up is typically available within 24 hours but can be up to 3 days
• The pick up details will then be sent to you when the order is ready to collect, please do not expect to be able to collect until you are notified it is ready to do so
