This is a new open‑box item. The product may not come in its original retail packaging and has not been tested, but it is new and unused unless otherwise stated.
Open?box items may show light cosmetic signs from handling or storage. These do not affect performance.
All photos show the exact item you will receive and are considered part of the description.
If the product arrives damaged in transit, contact me immediately so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Returns are accepted within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will apply if:
The buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the item
The buyer expected original packaging despite it being clearly listed as open?box
The item is returned claiming it ?does not match photos,? but inspection confirms it matches the listing
Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in the same condition received, including all accessories shown in the listing. Additional deductions may apply for:
New damage
Missing parts
Signs of additional use
All items are documented and verified before shipping. Fraudulent claims or return scams will be reported.
Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled.
